Return Policy
REGARDING WATCHES
All watches are final sale! There will be no returns or refunds on the pieces.
I am not liable if any of the pieces are damaged during the shipping process, or if they are delivered to the wrong address, please contact the postal service to find your package.
Please read the descriptions before purchasing a piece. All of the information regarding the watches are always listed in the descriptions. Such as measurements, disclaimers about wear/ tear, whether they're running, etc.
- A watch being too big/small for your wrist
- Complaints about wear/scratches
- A watch not being able to run

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on jewelry or sale items. ALL jewelry are FINAL SALE. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will exchange damaged items if contacted within 7 days upon arrival.

FAQ
WHAT IF MY ITEM BREAKS OR ARRIVES DAMAGED?
I hand package and inspect all watches before they are shipped, and will not sell any watch that I believe may break during or after shipping! All blemishes are stated beforehand. I suggest getting in touch with a local jeweler to get your watch repaired.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?
Redhoney is not liable for lost packages. I always pay extra so that you are able to track your package delivery status, however once a package has been shipped off it is out of my hands. Please get in touch with your local mail carrier to locate your package!
DO THE WATCHES WORK?
The watches are untested unless stated otherwise. Some of the watches may not work, but who needs a watch to tell time anyway! If stated they are untested, they may just need a new battery, but others may be too old to work.
WHAT CONDITION ARE THE WATCHES IN?
All watches are pre-loved so please expect some wear - I will do my best to make note of imperfections, but you should still expect that there will be imperfections that aren't listed!
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Please allow up to a week for your order to ship out, although oftentimes it will ship out in a day or two! From there, shipping times will vary based on where you're ordering from. You'll receive a tracking number once your piece has shipped.
